Those size 30 pants I bought are reminding me all day of my recent weight gain. Took the kids to the gym and hit the treadmill for what was supposed to be an relaxing six or seven miler. Of course, for some reason the gym was like 90 degrees. After 35 minutes, I was a bag of sweat without a towel, so called it a day. Tomorrow will try again, maybe outside.
Breakfast: Venti coffee black, turkey sausage muffin. About 400 calories.
Lunch: Two chicken soft tacos from Taco Bell :( 270 calories a piece. About 600 calories with sides.
Dinner: One protein smoothie, handful of brussel sprouts, and half a glass of wine, about another 600 calories.
Total today: 1600 roughly. Current weight 148.
This weekend, looking forwad to a nice 56 miler.
