In a van down by the river

Its been a tough week for this triathlete. Living out of hotels and my truck is proving very unhealthy. Pizza, beer, and limited excercise time makes for a very unhapy Ironman. I did get a chance to ride the indoor training in my hotel room yesterday. It wouldnt be so bad if I wasnt waiting for my stinking luggage with my running shoes to show up. Anyhow, only 24 more hours of this crap, and then I can finaly return to some normalcy.
