Good Times

Now thats what Im talking about. Following a nice day at work, I hit AFF for some pain time. Put in a six mile run with 4 x 30 second speed ups followed by 2X 1mile at 7:30 and 7:00 pace. Followed that up with a 2000 meter swim with 10 x 150 meters at 100 hard, 50 easy. Topped it off with some nice salad, chicken, and chips at dinner. Probably a good 1500 calorie meal.

What happened to last nights data? Well, after setting up my bike, and getting ready, I came to find that my cycling cleats are no where in site. Turns out I must have left them at the race. Hopefully with some good emails, I will be getting them back soon.

Feeling sore = feeling alive.
