Okay,time to take last weekends disaster and learn from it. Need to concentrate on the ride. About to get on the trainer; data coming soon.
Dinner last night: Zucchini sandwhiches with Brussel sprouts and a coke, about 1000 calories.
Breakfast: Coffee with one cream and one sugar with another Zucchini sandwhich, about 500 calories.
Lunch: Fresh pad thai with a glass of water, about 700 calories.
