KC Masterpiece

BBQ in KC is like none other. Very yum. Im out on a business trip in the middle of the country, and Im doing a fairly good job at not stuffing my face full of pork while Im out here. About to hit the treadmill for a bit to loosen up the legs. Got a full massage tonight to boot. Going to switch to a more mild, less fiber based diet for the race on Sunday; during these short high intensity races I am prone to GI distress. Good thing there is plenty of beef and pork to go around. I want to run for the finish line, not for the bathroom! Pics to come!
