Back to Brussel Sprouts and Sweat

Break ends. I have only once felt happier putting on my running shoes; after the bike section of the CDA Ironman. Put out a ugly 30 minute run. Sore: yes. Tired: yes. Rejuvenating: YES. Felt great to stretch the legs. Following up the run with the food of Ironmen, BRUSSEL SPROUTS. One whole bag, like 30 sprouts, is only roughyl 200 some calories. Steam, and add some salt and basalmic vinegar.....divine heaven without fat.

Tomorrow putting in a 45 minute run, and then I get to pick up my bike from the bike store.

In the meantime, this is the first night since the Ironman that I havent had something important to do in the morning, or been on call. So...I am going to celebrate with martinis and wine. Yum.
