Happy holiday weekend everyone! Things are still in the up swing with training. Put out a 45 minute run yesterday, and tomorrow going for a 13 miler at the beach. Nothing like some see breeze to put some pep in a run. Were spending the weekend down in Ocean Isle Beach, and Im looking forward to feeling the sun on my skin and swimming some without having to don a wetsuit or speedo. Diet is on track too again. Im eager to get to racing in about a month.
On the health front, weight seems stable around 147. Gained a few pound with the rest and celebration period. Toe issues are coming and going; no pain like prior, but still some discomfort. In addition, it appears that my left two toe nails are showing signs of injury and may be coming off in the future. This time though, I will let them take their own time.
